Mission:

We are seeking a Senior Record-to-Report Solution Owner with D365 expertise to lead our R2R transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of R2R process, coupled with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing R2R/ P2P solutions within the D365 environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining the R2R strategy, optimizing financial processes, driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization including user adoption to achieve business objectives and maximize value from our D365 and Auxiliary solutions investment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to architecture design of Core IT Solution related to R2R process.
  • Explore solution capabilities to fulfil new business requirements.
  • Understand in depth Solution implementation to guide decisions during fit-gap analysis.
  • Design solution enhancement and follow-up on the build activities with development teams.
  • Configure Core solution when needed.
  • Review/ Validate solution design performed by third parties.
  • Interact with business User / GPO’s to understand expectation and requirements and validate that delivered user stories are in line with the original requirement.
  • Produce details system requirements (both functional and non-functional) document to be used in the design process.
  • Review estimates for new requirements.
  • Produce and records all methodology-related deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and meet audits requirements.
  • Provide consultation and recommendation for improvements, new solutions and problem management.
  • Review Configuration / Scope implemented by Rollout teams.
  • Liaise with vendors / editors to ensure appropriate resolution of issues raised by business users.
  • Ability to provide guidance to help with complex incidents, problems resolution.
  • Monitor the performance and adoption of the system and identify areas for improvement, working on continuous optimization and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • D365 Finance and Operation Certification
  • ITIL 3 certification

Skills:

  • Proven experience in software development, project management, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge & Experience in the finance domain, ideally within the R2R process.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum &/or Lean management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work in an international & multicultural environment.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of the staffing industry is an advantage.
