Mission:
Act as a key liaison between employees, associates, clients, and vendors by managing end-to-end onboarding operations, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and adherence to SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage onboarding operations across Pan India, ensuring SLA and timeline adherence
· Lead, coach, and mentor team members; drive performance and productivity
· Partner with Account Managers/Business team to resolve escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
· Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including documentation, Offer Process, and system updates
· Ensure compliance with client requirements, statutory norms, and audit readiness
· Maintain documentation and support audits
· Manage vendor relationships and service delivery
· Track, validate, and submit invoices with finance teams
· Oversee QC team for data accuracy and compliance
· Supervise ID card issuance process
Key Relationships:
Internal: Operations, Recruitment, Finance, QC, ID Card Teams
External: Clients, Associates, Vendors
Success Indicators:
Accurate onboarding, SLA adherence, client satisfaction, compliance, and vendor performance
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) or above.
Experience: 5–10 years in Onboarding, Vendor Management, Client Relationship, and Operations
Skills: Advanced Excel (Expert), Statutory Compliance (Intermediate), Vendor & Invoice Management.
