Senior Marketing Specialist

What you will Do?

·       Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

·       Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative marketing campaigns.

·       Collaborate with sales teams to refine marketing messages and optimize customer outreach.

·       Manage networking and event calendars, ensuring a strong presence in key events.

·       Create compelling marketing content to engage targeted audiences across platforms and website.

·       Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and consumer trends. Utilize data analytics to assess market trends and campaign effectiveness and make informed adjustments for continuous improvement.

·       Manage and enhance relationships with clients, Adecco Partners and key stakeholders effectively.

·       Create comprehensive sales and marketing reports for the management team.

Your Skills

• Proven experience in developing effective digital marketing strategies, campaigns and events.
• Strong organizational skills for co-organizing events.
• Creative thinking and proficiency in digital advertising strategies and platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• English language.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
