Your MISSION
- Managing and processing internal HR operational activities which span the lifecycle of internal employees timely, accurately, and effectively
- Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of internal employee data, payroll, and HR systems; generating HR internal reporting for the improvements, forecast and planning.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage HR administration and processing for clients’ employees and management across a wide range of HR operational areas, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination, including (but not limited to) onboarding processes, preparation of labor contracts, annexes, and termination decisions.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes for clients, including responsibility for key client accounts within the team; ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of the HRIS system.
- Prepare labour reports, SHUI reports, PIT reports and PIT finalisation dossiers accurately and timely; coordinates with authorities and external auditors when required.
- Prepare Internal Labor Regulations, Employee Handbooks in compliance with applicable laws and based on clients’ requests.
- Collaborate with the Line Manager and senior team members on client-related matters, including service proposals, legal updates, ongoing account management, and adherence to the firm’s service standards.
- Support leaders and managers in client relationship matters; maintain strong client relationships by working closely with key decision-makers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and accurate, timely service delivery.
- Proactively alert managers and team members of outstanding issues and provide recommendations for improvement within the scope of responsibility.
- Capable of representing the Line Manager in client calls and meetings, ensuring professional communication and adherence to business standards.
- Monitor market practices, benefits, and policies relevant to the role, and advise managers on necessary updates to maintain market competitiveness.
- Continuously review the working procedures in your area to make them better.
- Actively support other team activities as required.
Your PROFILE
- You are pro-active and proficient in written and spoken English
- You have at least 3-year experience in C&B (payroll, labor law, SMUI, PIT…)
- You are familiar with Excel, Words, Power Point, Outlook.
- You are detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and committed to the result.
- You have high sense of service.
- You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions.
- You are quick at problem solving and taking actions.
- You are ready to make decision and responsible for your decisions.
- You build healthy and cooperative working relationship.
