Sales Consultant (m/w) - 100%



The Mission

As a core member of our high caliber IT contracting team your tasks are new sales and expanding of our presence on the market. You're excited about the enormous possibilities on the Swiss German IT marketplace, and know by experience where best to invest your efforts. Your track record allows you to confidently identify and target local SME as well as larger Key Accounts. Mainly, you'll win business prospects and attract qualified specialists- and match them to create a stable contractors book.

As we are planning to grow our team significantly in the next years, there is a high potential for aspiring Sales Consultants to develop their career with us.




The Tasks
  • New sales for IT contracting projects in the Swiss German area
  • Recruit and match IT specialists for your projects
  • Cultivating of mutually beneficial and lasting relationships with clients and candidates
  • Create a pipeline of opportunities to build a stable contractors book
  • Reporting & forecasting



The Profile

  • Commercial degree, or relevant work experience
  • 2-4 years of previous experience in IT agency recruitment
  • Proven track record as a 360 IT recruitment consultant, taking over all the tasks: lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, sourcing, matching, closing, process steering, follow up, upselling.
  • Proven track record in successfully growing your own client and candidate portfolio with a reputation for service excellence
  • Service excellence and adding value to the process is your attitude!

You possess sound judgement, communication aptitude and a collaborative spirit.
