The Profile
- Commercial degree, or relevant work experience
- 2-4 years of previous experience in IT agency recruitment
- Proven track record as a 360 IT recruitment consultant, taking over all the tasks: lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, sourcing, matching, closing, process steering, follow up, upselling.
- Proven track record in successfully growing your own client and candidate portfolio with a reputation for service excellence
- Service excellence and adding value to the process is your attitude!
