Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in delivering end-to-end Mass Recruitment projects, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Perform market mapping and candidate research to support recruitment projects.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Third-year/final-year students who can commit to a full-time internship with at least 6 months of experience in Mass Recruitment or recruitment-related activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and assess candidates effectively.
- High motivation and willingness to learn, especially in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Task-oriented and detail-focused, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
