As a 360 Recruiter, you will:
•    Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with new Manufacturing & Industrial (Technical) markets in Melbourne, understanding their unique hiring needs and goals.
•    Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create tailored recruitment plans aligned with client objectives, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes.
•    Source Top Talent: Utilise your strong sales experience to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber candidates across various roles within sales roles.
•    Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leveraging our extensive existing client base to recruit sales roles in the market. 
•    Provide Expert Guidance: Offer strategic advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to clients.
•    Optimise Recruitment Processes: Continuously improve recruitment strategies to deliver superior hiring outcomes and exceed client expectations.

We are looking for candidates with:
•    Strong Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
•    Recruitment Skills: Experience in full-cycle recruitment (360 recruitment), from client acquisition to candidate placement, preferably recruiting Sales Positions.
•    Client Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients.
•    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to learning and navigating challenges.
•    Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional client service.
