What you will be doing?

• Cultivating and maintaining strong clients relationships while supporting their hiring needs.
• Offering recruitment strategies and solutions/ advice to clients.
• Managing candidates and ensuring the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for our clients.
• Leading recruitment activities throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve weekly/ monthly KPIs and targets.

Who we are looking for?

• An innovative thinker who is outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis.
• Experience in recruitment or sales within the industry will be an absolute advantage.
• A customer-oriented individual who excels at networking in social situations and is a strong team player.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Someone who is sales-driven, mature and able to work independently.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
