YOUR ROLE

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes end-to-end (white collar roles)

• Actively sourcing Candidates through networking, job postings, referrals, and headhunting

• Developing and managing the Candidate database

• Conducting recruitment interviews and delivering a high-quality Candidate Experience

• Building long-term relationships with both Candidates and Clients

• Understanding Clients’ business needs and responding to changing market conditions

• Acquiring new Clients and expanding cooperation with existing ones

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment

• Strong results-oriented mindset

• High professional standards and a strong consulting mindset

• Very good command of the English language
