Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and overseeing all related process of contracts and service agreements.
  • Processing daily administrative support for payroll & database management.
  • Liaising with clients and internal legal dept to make sure all terms and conditions meet our compliance policies.
  • Developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.

About You

  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate setting, preferably MNC environment.
  • Good team player with good communication skills.
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, able to multi-task and willing to learn in new area.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
