Payroll Executive

What you will be doing?

·         Execute end-to-end payroll operations, including monthly payroll, final payments, MPF administration, tax filing, and other C&B matters

·         Handle payroll- and tax-related enquiries and provide HR support to employees across all levels

·         Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in close coordination with internal stakeholders

·         Manage payroll-related billing activities, including data verification, invoice preparation, and issuance

·         Ensure accuracy of payroll data for billing, covering headcount, salary components, allowances, deductions, and service fees

·         Liaise with Finance teams to reconcile payroll costs, billing records, and payments

·         Maintain billing schedules and ensure timely billing cycles in accordance with agreed terms

 

Who we are looking for?

·         Fresh Graduates are welcomed

·         Degree holder or equivalent with experience in payroll administration, preferably from dynamic and fast-paced environment

·         Well-versed in both HK and Macau employment ordinance and tax regulations

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Detail-minded, mature and good team player
