Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven and market-savvy professional to lead sales growth while acting as a subject matter expert across trade marketing, shopper activation, and category development. This role requires an experience in large-scale retail environments and multi-channel sales supported by a network of contacts facilitating the acquisition of new clients for outsourcing solutions.
Target sector/industry: FMCG, Retail
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of outsourcing solution across multiple channels, ensuring consistent business growth
- Act as a subject matter expert in trade marketing, shopper activation and category management
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to generate actionable insights
- Work across multiple sales channels (modern trade, traditional trade, HoReCa, events, e-commerce)
- Monitor and manage budgets with strong P&L understanding
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and sales effectiveness
- Leverage strong networking and industry connections to support business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in large organizations in different commercial roles (10+ years)
- Strong background in:
- Trade Marketing
- Shopper & Brand Activation
- Category Management
- Business / Channel Development
- working with the agencies
· Suppliers contracting
- Deep exposure to large retail environments and understanding of retail processes
- Track record of delivering sales growth and execution excellence
- Solid P&L understanding and financial acumen
- Experience working across multiple sales channels
- Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
