What you will be doing?
- Organize and update MPF data for associates.
- Monitor MPF-related deadlines and follow up on enrolment and termination.
- Collaborate with BU/MO departments to ensure MPF data for new joiners is processed timely.
- Regularly check and update the MPF database.
- Assist in developing and optimizing data management processes.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of MPF data.
- Maintain good communication with internal teams and external entities.
- Resolve any data issues with MPF providers.
- Respond to MPF inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist employees in understanding MPF policies and procedures.
Who we are looking for?
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance and processes is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadline
- High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (such as pivot tables, data validation, formulas, and functions).
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is also preferred
