MPF Specialist

What you will be doing?

• Organize and update MPF data for associates.
• Monitor MPF-related deadlines and follow up on enrolment and termination.
• Collaborate with BU/MO departments to ensure MPF data for new joiners is processed timely.
• Regularly check and update the MPF database.
• Assist in developing and optimizing data management processes.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of MPF data.
• Maintain good communication with internal teams and external entities.
• Resolve any data issues with MPF providers.
• Respond to MPF inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Assist employees in understanding MPF policies and procedures.

 
Who we are looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance and processes is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadline
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (such as pivot tables, data validation, formulas, and functions).
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is also preferred
