What you will be doing?
Build and sustain good relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sectors
Provide professional recruitment consultancy services and advice to support client’s hiring needs
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure that they are meeting performance goals and delivering high-quality work
Supervise and coach team members for business development and running the entire recruitment cycle independently
Who we are looking for?
Out of the box thinker who is outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients
5+ years working experience in recruitment or corporate Sales
Experience in team management or leadership roles will be an absolute advantage
Customer-oriented and sales-driven with solid sales track record in relevant sectors
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
Sales and solution-oriented with strong interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred
