What you will be doing?
- Participant in scheduling the payroll activities to ensure the payroll is handled on time.
- Check all the payroll data prepared by designated payroll executives to make sure all payments are followed the pay models agreed with clients and compliance with the statutory requirement and company policies.
- Investigate discrepancies of reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures by checking data from a variety of sources such as timesheets, original receipt etc.
- Handle MPF and tax return as well as process medical enrollment and termination for associates.
- Monitor the associates’ workers compensation claims to minimize the company’s exposure and resulting expenses.
- Resolve payroll system issues and escalate to the system vendor when needed.
- Ensure the associates’ HR records e.g. personal particulars, leave record etc are being kept in place.
- Ensure all payroll and HR records are kept in line with legislative requirements.
- Manage and prepare the required reports as requested by management.
- Audit and monitor the activities of the team members to ensure the quality of service levels.
- Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects as needed
Who we are looking for?
- Bachelor Degree holder in HR/ Business or related disciplines
- 5 to 7 years experiences in payrolling or all rounded HR generalist
- Attention to details and process driven
- Good problem-solving skills, fast learner
- Resilience, ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Good people management and leadership skills
- Ability to build relationship with stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillset
- Hardworking, committed and fast worker
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
