The Opportunity

We are seeking a Key Account Management Specialist/Sr. Specialist with a solid foundation account management and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about contributing to the growth and success of both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Build client relationship and account management of designated BPO accounts.
• Recruitment and replacements for designated accounts.
• Candidate care activities including database and associated recruitment administration.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks and compliance are completed.
• Meet the monthly KPIs and quarterly sales target.

About You

• Have 3+ years of HR or Recruiting experience and you’re looking for a new challenge. Familiarity with local labor laws is a plus.
• Are a hands-on person who is not afraid of a challenge, and you would fit in well in a fast-growing team.
• Want exposure to all areas of HR and can commit to delivering quality service to clients.
• Are looking for a job where your professional development will be a priority of both your manager and the company.
• Want to work on large-scale projects with clients in industries such as FMCG, Tech and Pharma.
• Speak Chinese as your native language and are also comfortable communicating in English.
