Adecco is looking for a financial professional responsible for playing a key role in supporting the company’s financial activities by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. Assisting the preparation of financial reports, monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The Junior Financial Controller will report to the Controlling Manager.

Key responsibilities:

·         Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

·         Analysing variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, and explaining deviations.

·         Supporting the monthly closing process and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

·         Preparing of intercompany charges calculation, specifications and active participation in Intercompany reconciliation process.

·         Preparing regular financial reports, analyses, and management reports.

·         Monitoring revenues, costs, profitability, and key business performance indicators (KPIs).

·         Cooperating with operational managers and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

·         Assisting with data validation and ensuring consistency across financial systems and reports.  

·         Participating in the preparation of presentations and materials for management meetings.

·         Performance of related tasks and projects as required by Management.

Requirements:

·         University graduate with Masters in Finance, or Accounting, or other relevant subjects.

·         Above 2 years’ professional experience.

·         Excellent language skills in Polish and English (both oral and written).

·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

·         Track record of working in international business environment.

·         Maintain high ethical standards with strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

·         Take ownership of tasks, and ensure proper and timely delivery.

·         Cultivate a proactive and collaborative approach with other team members, as well as with our business partners.

·         Be attentive to detail and maintain good communication with other team members, as well as our business partners.
