Job Responsibilities
- Manage on-site general workers at factory sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai
- Support recruitment of replacement/backup when required
- Support personnel coordination within the project when required for overtime/backup
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in HR Operation, TA, HRBP positions at manufacturing companies/groups or blue collar
- Experience in HR agencies is a plus
- Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Willing to travel and work in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai - flexible at factory sites under the assignment of Account Lead
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 and Saturday if required.
