Adecco Hong Kong is looking for a Head of Outsourcing to lead the Outsourcing team and accelerate the growth of the business.  Reporting to the Country Head, this role will be part of our Senior Leadership team and will drive the sales strategic direction of the company.  This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and customer-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and highly-performance driven environment.  If you are the one, we will love to speak to you today!

 

What you will be doing?

·        Develop and implement the Outsourcing strategy including Field Sales & Marketing, Business Process Outsourcing and HR Outsourcing for Adecco Hong Kong.

·        Identify and secure new business opportunities through market insights and understanding customer needs.

·        Demonstrate expertise in Project costing and delivery models.

·        Lead and oversee project setup and implementation.

·        Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders.

·        Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular feedback and review sessions.

·        Understand the roles and responsibilities outlined in client agreements, including KPIs and SLAs.

·        Monitor service delivery against contractual terms and manage out-of-scope service requests.

·        Manage workload segmentation within the team, including resource planning and business continuity plans.

·        Communicate targets and compliance requirements clearly to the team.

·        Conduct performance reviews and work with HR on training and development plans.

·        Ensure compliance with Sales & Associate Management processes and all policies.

·        Handle escalation, crisis, and resolution management.

·        Oversee the financial management of business units to achieve efficiency and profitability objectives.

Who we are looking for?

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operation/ project management, with at least 6 years in a management capacity

·        Proven track record in new business wins, client satisfaction, staff retention, and development.

·        Expert knowledge in designing, proposing, and selling workforce solutions in the staffing industry.

·        Proficiency in efficient project delivery methodology.

·        Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Results-driven with a customer-oriented approach.

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·        Adaptable to change and self-managing.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

·        Relationship management and strategic planning skills.

·        Financial acumen and innovative thinking.

·        Ability to lead teams effectively.

·        Minimum Degree Qualification

·        Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is also preferred
