About the role

                                               

 

To handle end to end onboarding process of associates, understanding client requirement and statutory compliance part. This will involve extensive co-ordination with associates, stakeholders, and clients. An individual contributor work closely with leadership team to develop and publish reports provide insight to key deliverables in the business.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

o   Responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each newly hired associate.

o   Preparing Offer, Appointment & Salary revision letters.

o   Preparing Salary breakup as per State wise minimum wages, PT slabs etc.

o   Adhering to Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Statutory bonus etc.)

o   Play the role of a MIS specialist building reports, dashboards and tracking mechanisms.

o   Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.

o   Develop and Publish various business reports based on MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint

o   Collaborate with different business functions to streamline the processes.

o   Responsible for tracking and analyzing the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly performance of team

o   Allocation of Onboarding request to team members to perform task within set deadlines.

o   Publishing onboarding dashboards on daily basis
