This role will be based in Eastern Creek NSW, reporting directly to National Account (Strategic) Manager
The Onsite Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of recruitment and workforce management solutions for one of the organisation’s most critical clients. Based onsite, this role owns the strategic and operational relationship, ensures all service levels are met or exceeded, and works with our recousing team to manage the recruitment and delivery resources based at the client. The Onsite Manager partners closely with client stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs and deliver agile, value-added workforce solutions that support their success.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment and partnership success.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders including operations, HR, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Lead regular performance reviews, client meetings, and service planning sessions
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and workforce performance.
• Ensure delivery KPIs are met across time-to-fill, quality, compliance, and workforce satisfaction.
• Identify talent gaps, manage volume fluctuations, and coordinate proactive talent pipelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop any onsite delivery staff or consultants.
• Manage performance, prioritisation, and continuous improvement across the onsite team.
• Ensure alignment with internal systems, policies, and delivery frameworks.
• Maintain high standards of candidate care, documentation, safety, and legal compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reporting on performance metrics, workforce trends, and risks.
• Identify and resolve service delivery issues or escalations quickly and professionally.
• Identify and recommend innovations, process improvements, or tech-enabled solutions.
• Provide insights to internal leadership about client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Actively contribute to account growth opportunities and contract retention.
Key Outcomes
• Achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, and satisfaction benchmarks.
• High-quality, compliant workforce delivery that supports client operations.
• Strong retention and engagement of placed candidates and contingent workforce.
• Leadership and performance of the onsite team (if applicable).
• Accurate, timely reporting and risk management.
• Contribution to account retention, renewal, and potential expansion.
Job Requirement/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
• 5+ years in recruitment, resourcing, or workforce coordination (agency or in-house).
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced or client operations (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, health, infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, onboarding compliance, and workforce systems.
• Confident, professional communicator with strong relationship-building capability.
• Ability to manage competing demands and high-volume activity with efficiency.
• Commercially astute, with a strategic mindset and operational follow-through.
• Skilled at problem solving, issue resolution, and proactive planning.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviours, whether managing a team or operating independently.
• Highly organised, accountable, and adaptable in a dynamic client environment.
