This role will be based in Jandakot, WA, reporting directly to Supervisor, Team Leader, Onsite Manager
The Onsite Consultant plays a key role in delivering recruitment and workforce support services directly from the client’s premises. Acting as the face of the organisation, the Onsite Consultant manages day-to-day talent delivery, stakeholder relationships, and operational coordination for a major client account. This role ensures seamless recruitment, onboarding, and workforce performance outcomes, aligning closely with client expectations and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Working with our sourcing team to manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary, contract, or permanent roles as required by the client.
• Conduct job briefings, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordination of offers.
• Ensure roles are filled in a timely, compliant, and quality-driven manner.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including hiring managers, HR, and operations.
• Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day queries and issue resolution.
• Provide regular updates, feedback, and insights to internal and client teams.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and compliance requirements for new hires.
• Maintain strong communication with placed candidates and casual workforce, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor performance and escalate issues such as absenteeism, conduct, or engagement concerns.
• Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting across recruitment activity.
• Support with workforce reporting, timesheets, and dashboards as needed.
• Maintain high standards of compliance across contracts, visas, safety, and documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, engaged, and solutions-oriented onsite culture.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, compliance, payroll, and safety teams.
• Represent the brand and values of the business consistently in all client interactions.
Key Outcomes
• Consistently meet or exceed recruitment delivery KPIs (time-to-fill, fill rate, quality, compliance).
• Maintain strong stakeholder satisfaction and account engagement.
• Ensure all placements and candidate activities meet legislative and client compliance standards.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to support client workforce planning and internal performance tracking.
• Drive high standards of candidate care and workforce communication.
Job Requirement/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
• 2+ years in recruitment, resourcing, or workforce coordination (agency or in-house).
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced or client-embedded environments.
• Exposure to client relationship management and compliance-heavy industries is highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and responsive with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Recruitment expertise and ability to work to delivery metrics.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently within a client environment.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and documentation.
• Confident communicator and team player with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
