Job Summary

  • Provide support from pre-onboarding to renewal, to offboarding activities for associates
  • Ensure completeness in front office entries, contract administration, and management of benefits (leave + claims)

Job Description

Contracts + Front Office Administration
• Prepare and send employment contracts in reference to hiring proposals
• Perform and ensure completion of front office system entries
• Ensure completeness of required onboarding documents and upload into front office systems


Benefits Management
• Register associate with insurer / broker for entitled insurance
• Timesheet / Leaveo Validation of timesheet to ensure required fields are properly input/signoff and ensure that its in compliance to MOM regulations
o Update in designated tracker - Manual to track entitlement and balance if associates / clients are not on Adecco Touch – Self Serve
o Provide leave record updates to associates upon queries, or during offboard phase to ensure closure
o Ensure accurate tracking of government legislated leave, and liaising with Pay & Bill hub for claims, i.e. Government Paid Maternity Leave, Government Paid Childcare Leave etc
• Claims
o For associate with capped benefits : update in designated excel to track entitlement and balance. Provide claims record updates to associates upon queries, or during offboard phase to ensure closure
o For all others : Upon advice from Pay & Bill Hub, contact associates to manage claim variance if required

Others
• Provide advice and support in branches’ queries relating to associates contract or benefits matters
• Participate in pre / actual / post system enhancement or migration activities if required
• Provide support in pre / actual / post audit activities if required
• Appointed individual(s) will be tasked to :
o Work with Account Servicing for Managed Service Programs (MSP) client for time status management, i.e. approval status that impact leave management and tracking
o Other projects determined by Team Lead and / or Middle Office Manager from time to time
