About the role
The objective is to develop and grow existing clients of Adecco, to work closely with SSC team for creating good Associate experience and to handle multiple clients & managing relationships to ensure high NPS.
What you’ll be doing
o Account Management- handling various clients & managing relationships
o Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented
o Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding business performance.
o Monthly Targets has to be achieved
o Increase wallet share with the clients managing
o Cracking competition
o Own client and associate NPS
o Accurate sales and growth forecasting
o Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients
