The Role:
•    Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles, from crafting standout job ads to onboarding exceptional candidates.  
•    Develop Client Relationships: Build trust through regular communication and on-site visits, tailoring solutions that align with client goals.  
•    Drive Business Development: Identify new opportunities, create custom proposals, and grow strategic accounts to increase market share.  
•    Ensure Compliance and Safety: Stay ahead of WHS and industry regulations, ensuring all placements meet compliance standards.  
•    Deliver Results: Exceed KPIs and provide data-driven insights that improve processes and outcomes.  

What You Bring:
•    Experience: 3–5 years in 360 recruitment, preferably in blue-collar industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.  
•    Industry Knowledge: An established network and deep understanding of high-volume recruitment challenges.  
•    Business Savvy: Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth.  
•    Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to your own car is an advantage for frequent client site visits across Bathurst. 
•    Compliance Focus: Expertise in WHS and safety standards, ensuring seamless, compliant placements.
