Role Overview:
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the driving process excellence, ensuring high-quality operational standards, and acting as a key advisor to the CEO. The incumbent will be instrumental in streamlining business processes, enhancing governance, and leading audit & compliance frameworks, while also playing a chief of staff function to enable the CEO’s strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Excellence & Business Transformation
· Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and customer experience.
· Implement best-in-class methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
· Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to measure and improve operational effectiveness.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of operational excellence.
· Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO on strategic priorities.
· Drive execution of key business initiatives, ensuring alignment across leadership teams.
· Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Manage CEO Office operations, ensuring streamlined communication and decision-making.
2. Quality & Audit Leadership
· Develop and implement a comprehensive quality and audit framework for the organization.
· Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance best practices.
· Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and lead remediation plans.
· Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and process adherence across teams.
3. Act as a PMO for key strategic companywide initiatives:
· Responsible for managing & overseeing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, optimizing resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in project execution across all businesses
Key Qualifications & Experience:
· 20+ years of experience with majority of experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
· Adequate experience in process excellence, business transformation, strategy execution, and quality & audit.
· Proven track record in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role.
· Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other operational excellence methodologies.
· Strong experience in corporate governance, risk management, and internal audits.
· Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
