Job Responsibilities

      • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
      • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
      • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
      • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
      • Performing requirements analysis.
      • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
      • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
      • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
      • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
      • Correcting errors and modifying the existing software and confer with the project managers regarding any issues in data processing
      • Prepare and maintain reports for each and every project handled
      • Provide training to the users regarding any upgraded systems
      • Monitoring equipment functioning to ensure system operation according to the specifications including investigate issues reported by customers
      • Supervise the work of technologist, technicians, and scientific personnel
      • Design and Create reports according to users’ needs
      • Test mobile applications and web application in the new version
      • Develop and execute manual of application
      • Respond to questions via Line OA when users encounter issues with the application.

Preferred Education and Experience

        • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System or related.
      • 3 years of experience in business analysis with end-user support and database report writing.
         

Technical Skills

        •  Working knowledge of SQL Databases
        • Working knowledge of Reporting services or Report builder
      • Working Knowledge of IT Devices

Soft Skills

        • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
        • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
        • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
        • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
        • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
          • Good command of spoken and written English
        • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
        • Listening ability and patience
        • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
        • Critical thinking skills
          • Good Software testing and research skills
      • Willing to work on weekends and/or after hours by instant messaging for communicating to users
