We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Hamilton office.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Required
• Recruitment & Candidate Management
• Manage full 360 recruitment processes from business development through to placement and aftercare
• Source, screen, interview, reference check, and place candidates across multiple sectors
• Manage high-volume recruitment requirements while maintaining quality candidate engagement
• Business Development & Client Management
• Develop and grow new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Conduct client visits and regular account management meetings.
• Manage client expectations and resolve escalated staffing matters professionally.
