The Head of Marketing will lead the strategic marketing function for Adecco Australia, ensuring strong brand positioning, market insights, and engagement with key external stakeholders. This role will be responsible for leveraging analytics to assess market and recruitment trends, optimizing the candidate and client funnel from online applications, and managing brand growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, customer experience strategies, and brand positioning. Additionally, they will drive events that engage senior HR professionals, procurement leaders, and CEOs, strengthening client relationships and market influence.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze recruitment market trends, industry benchmarks, and business performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Track and optimize online application funnels to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve candidate and client engagement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership to drive decision-making.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company's brand in the recruitment industry.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee content strategy, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Enhance the business's online presence, including website optimization, SEO, and social media strategy.
• Plan and execute high-impact events to engage senior HR professionals, procurement leaders, and CEOs, enhancing brand credibility and business opportunities.
• Foster strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
• Ensure the voice of the client is incorporated into business strategies by gathering and analyzing client feedback.
• Develop initiatives to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and advocacy, including testimonial programs and case studies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team to execute strategic objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and executive leadership, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement marketing technologies to enhance automation and efficiency.

• Growth in brand awareness and market positioning over 12 months.
• Increase in client engagement and retention rates.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA) is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within recruitment, HR services, or professional services industries.
• Strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and brand management.
• Demonstrated success in organizing high-profile corporate events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Experience in customer experience and retention strategies.
• Prior leadership experience managing marketing teams and budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadline
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Highly collaborative, able to work across departments and influence senior leadership.
